Great tire, but service in store where I ordered was ok, guy told me 5 days max, MAX (his exact words) for shipping. I ordered Sunday, and needed the tire for next Saturday (6 days). The guy in the store told me I should receive it in 3 or so days, he's just telling me 5 to be safe. I received the tire in 8 days, next Monday. I could have ordered from a different site to receive it on time. Not happy.
The jacket came in a timely manner and they sent updates via email validating that the order was being processed.
The boots I ordered where very nice and sleek I love the design my next item from you guys is gonna be a riding jacket!

Dropped by the Cycle Gear store in San Jose. Was in town only for a few days so needed a quick buy guide. Drew helped me out with almost everything from the shelf. He was patient and helpful. I had a few options in mind (Corsair x - Nakagami 4) but they were not in stock yet. Drew brought out a Nakagami 3 that was in stock and I took the plunge immediately. He had to talk to the Tech team several times as I was using an international card that had some trouble. Kudos to the entire team for helping me close the deal.
It was very easy to find the tires for my motorcycle. The website gives you easy to follow directions and I purchased front and rear tires. My tires were delivered in two days.

Visited local CG to buy riding jacket. They almost have too many to choose from. Staff was helpful, but for the most part I feel like picking out a jacket is a personal project that takes time. After finding the jacket I wanted, I couldn't find it in XL. Employee helped look and then looked into computer system to confirm it wasn't in store. I bought it in store and it was shipped to me I believe 5 days later. Shipping was free and I believe it would've arrived sooner if it hadn't been for weekend. Sizes seem accurate.

Someone slapped the wrong label on a product box, then it was listed on the website as what the label said and not what was actually in the box. Fortunately my local CycleGear store made it right.
I'd like to thank my CycleGear salesman at the Bear DE store, forgot his name, but he helped me decide the correct size of Shoei Neotec 3 helmet I needed. We had it ordered and it showed up in just a couple days. Fits well, plus I got good rewards for it too
As the title described, everything was great! I got my order in a timely fashion and everything I ordered was there. Though, I did make a mistake in ordering the wrong size for my quad mount. They happily exchanged it for the correct size.
Husband said he loved his jacket! He said the fit is prefect but he had to size up one size to fit properly.
Tires are great. Had to replace the rear tire after a road incident destroyed the first one. Would buy again when these finally wear out. Haven't had them long enough to judge wearing, but surely handle well and give a great sense of confidence even on wet roads. As for delivery, I was notified multiple times that the tire would arrive on Sunday. Finally showed up on Tuesday. Fortunately I was outside when the delivery truck pulled up and handed me a box that was addressed to someone else. Upon checking back at the truck, he found the tire. Not CycleGear's fault.
I ordered a pinlock ready visor and pinlock. I absolutely love both. The pinlock required me to go to the store because I thought it didn't fit, bit the guys at the store got it on in like half a second.
I ordered the tire. It came to me. I got an email letting me know that cycle gear can mount and balance my tire onto the wheel. Good work.

Didn't really know exactly what i wanted and what to get fit wise, they talked me through everything and helped me find what i needed. Recommend the store if you need a helmet or riding gear.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
