I have placed multiple different orders for my organization through CustomInk over the last year. From tote bags, to camper mugs, to aprons, all of the products came out better than I could have imagined! I also really appreciate CustomInk's amazing customer service and quick shipping times. Even when some of my products got stuck in the licensing process (at no fault of CustomInk), they have been able to still meet my shipping deadlines!
Was very impressed, we picked the design color as viewed, than I saw it was called sky blue, so I was concerned it would be a lighter blue. But it wasn't. It was exactly as viewed and matches our business cards! Wahooyee! We ordered alot so it will be awhile before we need resupplied. We will be back!

I had a small order of just 7 hoodies and Custom Ink was always available to answer any questions. Once the design was approved (on my end), the ordering was very easy to move forward with. We had a last minute size change on one of the hoodies, after our order was submitted, and it was taken care of right away and no delay to the order. The order arrived a few days earlier than expected and they look fantastic. I am familiar with this brand and style of hoodie and was very happy to see it offered here on Custom Ink. It is lightweight and warm, easy to layer. I only have one very small wish. It would be nice if there was a more accurate depiction of how the hood falls onto your back, in relation to your design. The very top of our design is slightly covered by the hood. By no means a deal breaker, it just might be cool to have a small "grey zone" where designs might be obstructed and you could adjust accordingly. Super happy with the product, design and service. Will be back for my next project.
