Custom Ink made it incredibly easy to recreate a shirt that I had printed at another company but needed more of. In the times of the pandemic, it was a seamless process where I could communicate with them through the website and email and then have the shirts directly shipped to my home. The shirts came out great, look very similar to the others I have, and I now have a good stash ready. But I know I can come back to Custom Ink and reorder if I run low again.
Very easy and straightforward, package arrived on time and in great quality packaging and product. My group is very happy to wear them!

Ordering and design is super easy. Love the design tool on the website. My only frustration and always a bit of a struggle is the art department and approval process. My logos always gets altered and it usually always take a a phone call to get sit all sorted out. In the end it's always perfect and they do everything to make it how I want it to look. Printing and shipping always on time and often early!

You should add more Bright colors or more colors for fonts in general, Amazing customer service.
I really liked how you can customize your own design, it left for a lot of freedom and was a very enjoyable experience. My only problem was that every so often the page would randomly refresh and I would lose all the progress on my design. I'm not sure if this was because of my phone, Wi-Fi, or if it was the website itself. I wish there was a way to save the design as you went without having to email the design to yourself every time. I also wish that there were more options that could be bought in quantities less than six.
The website was easy to use and made updating my design countless times a breeze. Even after I submitted the design for production, a representative added a personalized sweatshirt to the order over the phone with me. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and patient. Prices also are amazing. I think I'll only use Custom Ink from now on. You should too!
Dull. Not bright colors. The shirt colors looked like they had been washed several times and faded. Did not look like a freshly printed shirt at a premium price. I'm a repeat customer but I don't know I will be reordering from this company.

I've used custom ink before getting tee shirts but this time was a little more special. My husband was stationed overseas and because of covid and the borders being shut down he was unable to come home to visit. So I wanted to make sure we had a big sign to welcome him home and what better way than with a banner! He loved it and did we.
Everything was great: service, the resulting product, fast delivery.
Will be coming back again for anything needed for my company or organizations I work with!

I ordered a T-shirt for my pet sitting business and when the T-shirt arrived there was a minor hole and the logo was a little bit lower than I had expected. I contacted the customer service and they answered immediately. They not only refunded, but they sent me a new shirt. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what it is. I was so blown away by how quickly they acted that I decided to continue with more orders. I was beyond excited with the T-shirt and how well they took care of me.
We ordered a t-shirt for my dad of a drawing that my sister made. It was very quick and easy to customize and order, and when it came it was absolutely perfect. Coloring, sizing, and font were spot on. My dad was thrilled, and it is now his favorite t-shirt. Such a great company, amazing t-shirt! I would definitely order from them again. :)
Always very happy with Custom ink! Every order comes out perfectly and even when there is a mix up with the design, the problem is quickly resolved and every customer service representative is super nice and easy to work with. I have worked with three (Steven, Caitlin, and Daniel) all of witch are super cool. Five stars. I would highly recommend Custom ink to all of my friends.
