Overall I had a good experience. There was communication throughout the process. The team quickly made the changes needed to my design. The prices are a bit higher than expected with the company being so large.
I've been using you guys for a while now. Any problems I've ever had, have all been addressed. I see no reason to change my custom shirt provider.
Custom Ink was great to work with. They promptly informed me when our logo wouldn't fit on one of the many varieties of shirts we ordered and quickly changed the order to remove the product and adjust the quantities of the other shirts. These were purchased as staff shirts for our gaming store and all of the employees were excited to wear them. The bright yellow color chosen for the shirts make the employees easily recognizable and the logo looks great.
Absolutely wonderful! Would recommend to any and everyone! Great quality, quick, easy, and affordable! Also, the quality check before they finalize the order is just great!

An idea popped into my head. I went to Custom Ink and, within about 5 minutes, my idea had been realized. A week or so later, my idea was in my hands. Yes, it is that simple.
Unfortunately, I won't be using Custom Ink again. The staff are all very friendly and try to be helpful, but the product and process are low grade. Don't bother, just go use another shop for tees. I only ordered tees so I can't comment on their other products.
