My experience with Ginger was exceptional from start to finish from the call to the end of the appointment. I scheduled the appointment for my boyfriend's birthday because he's been wanting to customized a t-shirt. She was patient and friendly the entire time. We appreciate how knowledgeable she was. I will definitely be purchasing in the future.
I found the site from a Google search and wanted to test it out. I like the option of group orders, especially in the time of COVID with everyone able to order their own shirts and have them delivered. My test order was excellent, the fabric was good, the print job also excellent. I was worried that my design wouldn't print correctly since it has a gradient and the order listed number of colors used. A quick email to customer service reassured me gradients and photos were acceptable and the print job proved it. I will now set up a group order for my club.
My shirt was exactly how I designed it. Customer service was very friendly and spoke English to which I've had problems with other company's in the recent past. 5 star. I just ordered my second shirt.
Overall was a great experience. I have ordered from here for 3 summers already for our group camping and I'm pretty satisfied
