I received an email stating that my order had been lost in transit, and that an immediate replacement order would be sent. The order had actually arrived several days before I got the email, and days before I was expecting them. I was able to contact customer service before the replacements were sent, but I appreciated the quick "fix" to the problem. ALL the grandkids visit for a week during the summer and their t-shirts have become something they look forward to each year. (This year the older kids even helped design next year's t-shirt.) Custom Ink has become an important and enjoyed part of our family summer tradition.

The colors were an excellent match. The quality of the print was very good. I which the image would have been about 15% larger. The quality of the t shirt was very good.

It is super easy to make costume hoodies and shirts and they turn out amazing will differently be ordering more

Its seems that uploading custom artwork is only a viable option when the art itself is simplistic, my shirt looks like something your would win at a carnival.
