I ordered these late (my own fault) and they arrived earlier than the expected date and look great! Everyone was pleased with the outcome.
The design on my shirt was just like how I had designed it (with help of customer support thanks :) ). I used a Hanes T-Shirt and at first the material was scratchy but that's what a first wash is for! After the wash it was just fine. Overall everything turned out just how I wanted it.

Generally very happy with my experience. Design, communication, and ordering were easy, and the two shirts I ordered (one white and one yellow Gildan Ultra women's T-Shirts) look fantastic. However, the white t-shirt shrunk considerably in the wash and no longer fits well. These are not cheap, so this is disappointing. The yellow shirt is fine. Gildan made the shirt, not Custom Ink, and the printing and appearance are really great. I would use Custom Ink again, but just be wary of product shrinkage.
Some of the best customer service I have ever received, which is why I only use them when it come to ordering shirts. Prices are fair and representatives are honest about what should be prioritized to get the best shirt possible. Shipping was remarkably fast and shirts turned out as expected.

Great shirts with good quality. The design lab was easy to use. The only slighty negative thing I would have to say is about the packagaing. It might just be me, but when the shirts come all folded together with one size, it does kinda make it harder to pass out and assign shirts. I think it would be easier to fold the shirts individualy, but I also understand that these are mass produced and the machines likely fold them all together.
I love Custom Ink! So many colours of shirts to choose from, and the silk-screening has always been consistent and clear. We have people ask us for our company shirts because they love our logo, and the cool colours that we've gotten to choose from. It is really nice to be able to organize the whole thing online and receive our new work shirts so quickly. So far, after 4 years of ordering shirts I haven't had one bad shirt arrive. Quality material and quality screen-printing. It makes running my own business that much easier! Thank you!

The artwork I uploaded wasn't completely symmetrical, so the centering tool on the website didn't put the printable parts exactly in the middle. The review process and the interaction with your staff was amazing and we were able to get it looking perfect before printing. The final product looks amazing.
