For my first time ordering with Custom Ink, it was an easy process. The customer service was great. I'm just not happy that my design is slightly crooked and off-center on every shirt. As a consumer, I don't buy shirts that aren't printed straight or centered so as a person trying to sell them, it bothers me. I was very specific when I spoke with them on the phone that I'm picky and want them to be centered and straight. I was told not to worry.

Its was very easy to design my own Custom shirts. The little "mistakes" in MY artwork were easily cleaned up by the Custom Ink crew! They called me after I submitted my design and asked if I was satisfied with the image design and scale. I just asked them to make things fit and voila! They made it fit! I am perfectly satisfied. Delivery was on-time as promised. Wow!

Overall I'm satisfied! Besides the actual custom ink shirt itself, running smaller than the rest, everything I ordered is perfect and the exact way I want it.
My first time ordering from CustomInk. The design center was easy to use. However, although the design box shows Adult and Youth dotted line outlines, the final design doesn't account for how the design would look on a larger Big & Tall shirt. The printing was great, but the design came out smaller and more centered on the B&T shirt than what was represented in the final design photo. So, you should keep that in mind when designing a shirt. Overall, I would order from them again because the shirt and printing were great.
The overall expereince was great. From the time I placed the order to the time it arrived at my home was 1 week. I am thuroughly pleased.
