Had a wonderful experience with custom ink! I ordered 90 shirts from YXS-4XL and they all turned out fantastic. Image looked great from the smallest to the largest. Order was 100% accurate and shipped very quickly! I was able to review the image on the front and the back before shipment and make adjustments to ensure exactly what I wanted was on the shirts. Very user friendly website and customer support was extremely helpful. Will definitely be using them for our next shirt order!
The overall first experience was really good, the website was fairly easy to use and shipment arrived early which is always a great surprise. I only wish the t-shirts we ordered were made of softer material. Since the material is the #1 criteria for any t-shirt, I can't say yet if I would order from Custom Ink again, will have to wait and see (or feel in this case).

Everything is good but its alittle pricey for the shirts. I know the more you order the lower but not everybody has the money at one time. If it was a little cheaper then maybe they could afford them better and maybe more

Thank you for being so easy to work with. Website was straight-forward to use and I was able to upload my image and finalize my design easily. Also, I did have one small issue with my design, and Jason in customer service contacted me immediately and immediately corrected the issue. Finally, my projected delivery date was Jul 22 and you beat that date by 3 days. So, in summary, I was extremely satisfied with my entire purchase experience.
I think the only issue with your service is the price. On other websites the exact same item can be usually had for as much as $6 less. (not buying in bulk) You do get what you pay for though, mainly in the shipping. Other website will be cheaper but shipping can be as much as 2 months. Custom ink got me something i designed on the website in 1 week without expensive shipping which is super epic.

The printing came out exactly as I designed and they even asked if I wanted to consult with the printing tech after submitting the design. Ideal first printing experience for me, very happy.

Professional and great customer service on revisions and updates
These shirts turned out super nice! We will be proud to use them to promote our business. We were especially impressed with the women's district tri-blend shirt. Sizing was as expected and the turquoise color was even better than what was shown on line. Printing and graphics were top quality. We were happy with the Hanes 50/50 eco blend shirts we ordered except for the kid's sizing. We felt the sizing line up shown online did not match what we received, especially the xs and small sizes. Overall we are very satisfied with our order and would use Custom Ink again!
