The design experience was instantly user-friendly and very intuitive to upload my own and choose whatever products I wanted to apply my design to. Customer service was amazing when I contacted them about merging two orders into one and they did it all through the chat on the site. Customer service was diligent even when I had a minor dispute about the permission to use our custom logo and they never took more than a few hours to get back to me via email. The shirts are pretty decent and the screen printing quality seems good, but I can't really say since we haven't had a chance to wear and wash them yet. Overall, I have 25 nerds in a Cybersecurity club (me included) that are pretty happy that we finally raised enough money for T-shirt swag! Thanks for making us official, Custom Ink!

I'll try and let you know after I wash them but I would like to say that I had another order a couple years ago. It was a different shirt material but they all shrunk. Couldn't wear them
Our T-shirts turned out great for our family vacation! We had uploaded our own artwork and we also had numbers put on the back. They turned out awesome! The sizing and quality of the shirts were perfect! Customer service was impressive also.

I was extremely happy with the customer service. Everyone I talked to was very nice, positive and willing to help. The only thing I would say as a customer is, I like just working with one person, it was kinda of hard to keep explaining my ideas to every different person and feeling like I had to catch a new person up to speed. Other than that, I had absolutely no complaints. I worked with Erica T most of the time, by my request, because she stood out above the rest. Erica was awesome, patient, professional, never had a bad attitude and made my experience with custom ink that much better.
The red shirt arrived like a whole month before the black shirt came and they were ordered on the same day.

Every shirts been good if there are ever any issues they've always been willing to fix them Issues are rare and I bought a lot of shirts from those guys my one knock is it the website is not a traditional shopping cart look up your account information website that's the one thing that irritates the $#*! out of me

My only critique is I find it difficult to reorder. I must be doing it wrong but when I try to reorder based on past orders, it auto puts me ordering the same sizes and quantities as the original order. I wish there was a simple way to start with my design from past orders and then order fresh.
