I appreciate the improvements that you have made on your website. It is so much easier to buy t shirts for men, women and kids in the same color and design all at once. In my first order, I had to make 3 separate orders.

Yes, there was a moment when I was uncertain that the picture I sent in would still have that outline of the background when the shirt was printed, but when I spoke with the young lady [The last customer service rep] she was so helpful, I wanted to use her voice on my voicemail. When the shirts arrived I was blown away by how they looked and felt.

User friendly web site. I was able to design my shirts and complete my order in less than fifteen minutes.

The printing was EXACTLY what I was wanting! The shirt however, is terrible. I've never owned a white t=shirt that was so ill-fitting and almost see through. Really unsatisfied with the shirt only. I wear a XXL, it says XXL, but is just tight around and does not fit well and it is so thin, that I'm fairly certain it won't last very long... was really expecting so much more for the amount I spent on 2 shirts.

The website is very user-friendly, but I advise getting a test print done first to ensure both proper image placement and proper fit.

I was extremely surprised by the hands-on customer service - Custom Ink reached out to me when I ran into a copyright issue and very quickly (in 24 hours, or so) a very nice alternative logo that the designed themselves. Once the project was finalized I had the shirts in my hands in about week.
