Overall, it was a positive experience. It was an easy and convenient process too.

I uploaded my own image and shose the shirts I wanted for our family reunion. The website was easy to use and adjust the image and colors. The site estimated a 2 week delivery timeframe when the order was placed, but I got them in 4 days. I was so suprised.

Custom Link surpassed my expectations. I received the order a few days prior to the guaranteed delivery date and was pleasantly surprised. The material of the hoodie was soft and comfortable. The screen printing looks clean and very well done!

I had the best customer service, truly! I wish I could remember his name. All I remember is that he lives near Tahoe and has a fiance and two dogs. But he was the NICEST and most helpful, sociable customer service rep I've ever had. Please find out who helped me and give the man a free lunch or shoutout or something. My order was pretty complicated, 12 shirts with different pictures on the back, women's, mens, toddler shirt sizes and various messages to go along with the design on the front of the shirt. They made this process so easy, custom and we are super thrilled with the result. Morgan and the rest of the team was able to meet all of our requests and was never impatient or annoyed with our changes.

No complaints! Final image was better than my downloaded logo image! Excellent!
