Loved the shirts. Came out perfect. Sizing was great and logo was exactly how we wanted it. Only issue was the branding on top of what we created. Inside the shirts, and the attached tag/stickers. I had to remove the logos attached to the shirts. Wasteful, imo. Perhaps that should be an option in the future. Other than that, thanks so much! Would definitely Order again!

Everything throughout my experience with Custom Ink was great until I received my order in the mail. The screen printing on all the shirts seemed faded and had lighter areas where it doesn't seem like enough ink was used. In the end, I needed shirts with my logo on them and thats what I got. I was just expecting higher quality.

White spot, that looks like it is from the screening process on the back left shoulder.

Everything was quick and easy. The t-shirt fits perfectly and is of good quality.

Everything was good except the material of the shirt.

I was not pleased with the HEAT pressed application. That method does not last as the ink is already cracking on the masks. I have always used customink.com because of the direct silk screened application of ink to all the products I have ordered. I will have to be more careful next time before placing an order.

The picture I uploaded probably needed to stay the size it was. It got a little pixelated when I made it bigger, but that's understandable and not your fault. The shirts themselves are pretty stiff even after washing them... but they will do. The only thing I didn't like was that I was unable to put more than 1 custom made shirt into my cart which made me pay for shipping twice.

Overall excellent support. Your customer service folks are quick to respond and have always done an excellent job. My design may have raised some eyebrows with any other company but CustomInk came through. Thanks!

The customer service was wonderful. I wanted a picture on my shirt that could not be done. I believe they said it would be copy writing. So I needed to get approval. Custom Ink called and made another suggestion. The order was changed and put through right there on the phone. I got it a week earlier than expected too.

My experience with CustomInk has always been a good one, but they knocked it out of the park with these new shirts!

Great website and easy to use. Wish there was an option to do different text but to fade the colors on your website

Disappointed because this company did not email me back after two times that I sent them my concerns on the product. I understand things get hectic but not one person reached out to me and I even paid extra to get it to the home sooner for my kids to give it to their father for Father's Day.

Custom Ink embroiders with high quality and attention to detail. They are attentive to concerns and willing to tackle difficult, detailed designs. I would recommend them and their expansive catalog for anyone seeking quality! You have to deal with several people for a single order, but if you're patient with the handoffs and able to articulate specific requests, they are generally attentive and willing to help!

My custom order was handled quickly with a feed-back process to assure that everything was correct. My order arrived at my doorstep much faster than I had expected (especially compared to other masks I have ordered that still have not been delivered).
