Easy design process, quick printing and shipping - even arrived a few days early! It was a Father's Day gift and my dad loved it!
Very happy with customer service, very diligent in sending over proofs for approval each time I requested an adjustment. The only issues were that our logo could not be accurately duplicated on the embroidery- our logo has a gradient component to it and apparently custom ink's embroidery machine can't do gradient. The other thing worth mentioning is that we were told our black thread wouldn't show up well on our dark grey shirts so I was given the option to switch to white, which I said was fine. However, the proofs they kept coming back with had the black thread which looked great but they never addressed the white thread again. Weird. Other than that, everything was wonderful and our shirts showed up looking amazing.

This is the second time I bought from these folks. First time was great, no problems. This time shirts needed ironing to make them presentable. Design was as expected and looked great on the back of my two sided shirts. Perfect. Front was a different story. Printing runs uphill on several shirts but not all. Spacing not like on proofs. Should have been caught after printing. Disappointed but usable.
Excellent customer service, she called to verify specifics on the shirt my daughter ordered for Father's Day and we were able to upgrade the quality of shirt. My husband loves his shirt and we will be ordering again. 5 stars!
