Overall, I woul dhave to say that my experience with Custom Ink was great. When my delivery was delayed by a day, they were very accommodating in addressing the issue and making sure the customer was happy. The representative I spoke with, Taylor, was very helpful over the phone, and even made sure to send a follow up eamil.

While I liked the fact that I could see the product designed online, I was not happy with the overall result. The Screen printing looked cheap. I ordered masks that were supposed to be one size fits all adults but in fact seem to be better suited for children. Women might be ok with it but i ordered for adult men and this mask will probably be too small. Overall dissapointed.

You have the best customer care on your hands. I had a unique situation and had to reorder 6 shirts with more apparent branding on them. Your team was working on a sunday and expedited the order. My Navy Hanes large had three stains on it after I opened the package. Very disappointed after spending that kind of money on two shirts.

I had the best experience with this site. It was super easy to make the shirt, reasonably priced, and the shipping details were extremely helpful. I was so impressed that the shirt arrived right before Father's Day for my dad, when the original date it was supposed to arrive was almost a week later. I really appreciated how quick and seamless this process was.

Very simple and easy process. Went smoothly from design to delivery! I loved that there was no limit to design ability and space, and that they made sure you felt you would be contacted if there were any hiccups. No hiccups! No problems! Shirt was pretty soft and the design was clean.

Customink was very helpful. Had multiple sizes as these were for a large family... reunion tshirts that we do each year. First time using customink.

I started to design the shirts on my phone but couldn't get the design on the pocket right and wanted the design on the back which I couldn't figure out. I called customer service to help me. She was helpful and since I was on my phone talking to her I couldn't see the design. I received the shirts sooner than expected but there were no pockets, on any of them! I don't think I will order anymore from your company.
