I believe your chat customer service is top of the line. The people are knowledgeable and ready to really help. If I had one comment it would be around the approval process. Specifically for our experience, we had a custom design and felt a bit disconnected in the communication at that point. We had made notes on the desired effect and seems they got lost or not understood and so the back and forwards were a bit machine-like and could've used some more of a human touch or guidance. All in all, we are extremely happy with the result.
This is my second order and wasn't sure how to get started. I used the chat button. What an great experience. Your rep insured that what I dreamed of for my new order happened. The color, sizes, the right size logo for my youth shirts ( something I would not have thought of). She did a wonderful job and made my experience the best.

I'm thrilled with the shirt! My friend did custom art for me to get a shirt for my husband for Father's Day, his first as a "cat dad" hahaha. I was a little nervous about the shirt when it said it runs small, but when it arrived it actually looks fairly big for a M t-shirt so it should be fine. We'll see how it fits him when he gets it next week! But it was great. The design team verified that my colors would show up fine on the shirt, and everything looks great printed.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I was most impressed with the customer service... I spoke with two different employees at different times during the process and they were SO FRIENDLY and I felt VERY well taken care of! I also received emails (the emails felt personal as well) and follow ups to make sure everything was correct and on track. They paid attention to every detail to make sure I was satisfied and to let me know, no matter what, they would get this right. They got it all right the first time! Made me feel very confident. VERY IMPRESSED! Delivery was even a day before promised! I wish all companies were like this! Thank You!
