Outstanding ordering experience. Proofs were submitted for approval quickly and changes made very quickly. Customer service was prompt, courteous and very professional. The final product had some paint flaws on several of the coins. Nothing preventing them from being used but not outstanding quality.

I contacted Custom Challenge Coins when I wanted to create a unique item for our fundraising banquet. I am retired military and I have accumulated a few challenge coins over the years. It was easy to upload an image to their site and to add text in the appropriate form box.
Overall, I viewed three proofs before deciding on the second proof that was designed by their artists. After reviewing proof number 1, I called up Matt, and discussed with him ways to improve the design. The second proof was exactly what I was looking for and I viewed a third proof to get a side by side comparison of different coin metals to help me decide which one to choose.
The customer service experience was excellent and I can't wait to see the finished product in a few weeks!

So far this has been an excellent experience and I can't wait to see the coins. My only suggestion would be to acknowledge an online quote request right away. I sent my request in on Thursday and did not hear anything back until Monday.
