I had never ordered coins before, and had a small job (100 coins). I sent requests to a number of different production companies on the same day. Custom Challenge Coins/Coins Your Way was the only company that not only responded the same day, but provided custom artwork in their initial response. The other companies either never responded, or simply quoted me a price without any artwork/mock-ups. I appreciate the speed and consideration I was given, even though I know my job was small. I seldom write reviews or comments but the service with your company was beyond superb. I began designing my coin months ago and continued at my own pace. Whenever I had a question it seemed that the staff kept records of all of my designs and they responded within literally a few minutes. This is something you never see, that is, customer service so quick online.
