I sent out request for quotes to 4 different sites. You were the only one who contacted me. The service was fast.
I was impressed at how quickly I received a proof and how quickly my revisions were executed. I had begun working with another challenge coin vendor and they seemed to send me backwards instead of forwards each time I asked for a revision. Having an email contact to a real person with your company was important to me as well. It made me feel that there was someone responsible for working with me and that I wouldn't just be shuffled along to another person or department.
