Our logo is detailed and Custom challenge coin was able to nail the proof on the first try. We were very impressed with the quality of the coin, and responsiveness of Barry Rainwater. We had a previous coin made by a different company. After receiving the Custom Challenge coin, the President of the company made it known he was very happy with the newly designed coin. It is very professional looking, has a good heft to it, and the poly coating makes it feel good in your hand.
You were a wonderful company to work with. Our order took a long time for it to be a reality, but the graphic team was willing to assist with multiple changes, you had our information even when there was a lull of communication, and were willing to assist in the final ordering process. I was always able to talk to someone on the phone directly the few times I called. I did most of communication through email due to my schedule. I received a replied email very promptly.
