Out of the four items, only two were delivered, and those were delivered too late. Third one is out of stock. No mention about the fourth one yet and it's been six weeks. Customer service is horrible, Lord of emailing back-and-forth with no resolution, still have not sent me a return address for the two oil fitting items.

Ordered 3 items for my wife on1/27/2025 1 Item show up about 10 days ago and 2 days ago I get an emai asking me if I got my order. What? Real question is have they shipped my order. I sent them an email this morning showing what I received and ask them where the balance of my order might be. 12 hours later I have not received a reply.
Is this company real or what? Send my full order or refund my money now.

I ordered two tops on Jan 27 and I just received them on Feb 18. Never before have I received a customer survey before I received the merchandise. I am requesting a refund. Wonder if I will get one by July 4!
Also disappointed in the fabric. In the picture it looked like a lightweight chiffon. But it is a tight woven material. And the colors of the two are not what appears on line.

The clothes were horrible. The material was cheap. Some small sizes were too small, some swallowed me. Returned them in accordance with their policy. Sent tracking information. Cannot get a refund. Impossible to deal with them. There is no phone number. You can't deal with a person. I have sent numerous emails to no avail.
The dresses I ordered were not true to size and did not fit. The return policy is 30 days but I can't get a return address to ship them back. The service center us slow to respond. I think they are taking their time so the 30 days is up. To make it worse I have to pay the shipping cost and the return shipping. I do not recomend this company. I will not order from them again!
For the price, I wasn't expecting much but the fit is off even in the pull on style pants and the tops are large in the shoulders. I kept one pair of the pants but want to return the rest and can't find a return button on my order page.
Product was received quickly and in good condition. It was packaged well and the opal came in a box. The opal is beautiful and the quality is what I wanted. The color and style are exactly what I wanted! The way they advertised the product allows a good vision of the product. I would recommend this seller, and I would buy again from them!
I ordered a dress for a wedding on their website. They charged me for the dress and never shipped it, saying it was no longer available. This was months ago, and I am still waiting for them to refund my money for something I never received!

The first time I ordered a couple of hundreds of dollars of clothes in Sept 2024, I was semi satisfied with about 2/3 of it. I ended up donating the rest to the Salvation Army. I made the mistake of ordering 2 orders of approx. 300 each in Dec paying for 3-7 day service. The orders arrived 8 weeks later. 90% of the items don't look like the picture, the sizes are not true to size, the colors are not what was in the picture and quite tacky, the material is incredibly tacky. I asked for a refund. So far I have had weeks of back and forth emails asking for more information while they hold out on providing me with the address for returns. They claimed I need the correct authorization number for returns. They just now emailed me asking if I would take $55 compensation for almost $700 worth of garbage! Still waiting. Plus they have a time limit of 30 days for returns. I am confident that IF I do get a legit address they will either say something doesn't match with the order number, authorization number and/or the 30 days will have passed DUE TO THEM. Bull$#*! rip off con artists. Don't be mislead by the pictures. Total SCAM joke of a company.

This is not a reputable company. I placed an order for a dress, and it has never been received. They do not return emails either. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
