Ordered 9 items. 2 items were delivered. The package had been tampered with. Curve Dream response is that it was my responsibility to file a USPS claim. USPS approved my claim, but paid me only 55% of the cost of the items missing. Curve Dream did not offer to help me with that process.

Ordered a great dress. I submitted a confusing address (the perils of being on your phone) and Curve Dream contacted me quickly to resolve.
I feel very discontent about all the things I have buying because nothing has to do with what you said that must be for exemple a pant made in coton and linen but all things are made with acrylic so I can say is a false publicity I feel like you were lying.

It was exactly as advertised on facebook... she LOVED IT! Will surely shop again!
I wrote an email requesting the address to return tops that were too small. I received an email offering me a 30% discount if I chose to keep (they didn't fit) or I could request a refund if I wrote an email to get the address. I've received 3 more emails but none of them provided me with address.

Received exactly what I wanted. The only disappointing thing was the slow mail service. I received notice of package being delivered soon over a week before it arrived. But that is not the problem of CurveDream.
I am disappointed. This garment is not New Year's Eve cruise worthy. It looked much more sparklier and fancy in the picture. It is just cotton fabric with a few random sparkles. I was expecting rows of sequins and class.
Not happy. I need to return dress. Need return address. I don't do surveys very well. I was toltd people waste time with them.

The shipping took longer than I would have liked. The photo of the item I ordered was not good quality, nor were there enough to get a better idea of what I was getting. One item ended up not working for me and now I need to return it.

So far it's good, but I wish's there were more photos of each item. Also the ratings by customers seems bogus.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
