I've been waiting several days to get a return approval code and return address still haven't gotten one

The site is easy to shop. Ordering is easy and delivery was prompt. I did not like the items I ordered. So far the return process is easy. Waiting on my refund.

The pants ordered do not fit. How do I return them?

Good experience. Although you need to pay close attention to material. I hang all my pieces wet to dry then iron. No shrinkage. Shipping does take longer than most online retail companies. Had to make a
Return. Very prompt in giving me directions on how to return. Money back in my account quickly.
Would recommend The only thing is that I wish there was more description on each item.

The product is very nice, and it fits well despite the fact that I normally having trouble with clothes I buy online. My only gripe would be that the shipping was days later than it predicted, so I couldn't wear it to the event I wanted. So if you're planning on buying it to wear to something, buy it at least a month ahead of time. Otherwise, the product itself is great.

They offered a discount to order something else. I replied I wanted a refund since they were out of the item I ordered. I received another email a couple days later that my order was on its way. Thought that was a bit strange. Cheap fabric, badly designed, worse fit ever. Really disappointed as the item looked so cute in the photograph.

Fit was perfect shipping was great and loved the leggings
