Not sized right 2x is mor a 1x, very thin material to be call a sweatshirt. Donated them to charity. Will not buy again.
It was easy to navigate the site. The return label was easy to use but there was no packing slip to return with the merchandise.
There was no return papers. No phone numbers. They don't fit unless you are a very thin person
I was shopping for sweatshirts but the two I received were tops not sweatshirts (in thickness of material). The Marbling top was way oversized. The medium fit like an XL. The other top fit perfectly. I couldn't easily find the return information. I sent an email that was on my purchase confirmation printout. I got no response. I tried the online chat which sent me to PayPal to purchase the top again which was not what I requested. SO finally, I requested authorization to send it back at MY EXPENSE. No return label.
Shipping was expensive and slow. But I love the socks.
It took 21 days to receive my order and no way to check on the delivery date or method
Nice merchandise. Easy to purchase. Come from China. If in hurry to receive.
