I have been trying to return my purchase but have yet to receive mailing label/instructions despite attempting to contact customer service several times. I won't purchase from them again.

Okay, but my experience could have been better if customer service responded faster

I want to return this product, l have requested a return order form by email twice and not received as yet. However they did offer to give a $15.00 credit! I want to return and get a full refund.

They need to work on their customer service and return policies. Very frustrating.

Always looking for convenient alternatives for plus size clothing that isn't for my grandmother. Ordering, delivery were fine… but product quality and fabric choices were poor.

Shopping experience was okay. I used the Tracking service and it was frustrating. For several days it didn't move, kept saying it was waiting for USPS to pick it up. I was ready to cancel, when it suddenly arrived. Also I didn't like the material, easily wrinkles and hard to iron. Maybe that was my fault if I missed what material was. I will keep it to mostly wear around the house as it is comfortable and fits.

I have emailed the company numerous times about a return and they have not replied. I have no way of knowing where to send the returns.

Love all the items on the site, however I will never buy polyester again. Too shiny and not breathable.
I was going to return the pink flowered blouse and sent an email to curvedream. I had very quick response and was offered a $10 credit to keep the item. I replied that I would accept the offer as I had items waiting in my cart. I have not heard back from them, so I purchased my items without the credit.
I was also pleased that it only took a couple of weeks to receive my purchase.

Was looking forward to receiving my order, however, the order didn't arrive as promised and emails to the customer service group have gone unanswered. Not sure where my package is or when I will receive it. No one responds.

Being a plus size woman, it is very important that my clothes fit me well and are true to size. This outfit was very cheaply made and isn't true to size. The top was big and the pants did not fit me at all. Be careful when you're buying from these unfamiliar sites.

I ordered my shirt and never got a purchase email. If i hasn't paid with PayPal i would have had no proof. And then no emails until the day it arrived. Now it doesn't fit and i can't get customer service to email me back with info to return. Communicate with customers!
