They are not as they appear and I won't ever do business with you again. I don't like using PayPal as a processor and I have emailed you several times to return the order minus the one short pant jeans and no one will give me a return address. They keep wanting me to keep the items with 25 or 30 dollar compensation.

I ordered 2 items, a top and pants. Neither fit and the material was of the cheapest quality I have ever seen. I tried to reach out to customer service via email, the only option that is offered, no phone number available, and it took me almost a month to resolve a simple return. It seems that an automated email responds once a week to emails with a form email. So you respond to that email and wait another week or so for a response. They make you an offer you can't resist...HaHaHa... NOT. Offered me $22 to keep the cheap clothes that don't fit, when I paid $60. When I finally did get a return mailing address, they insisted that I provide a tracking number. I went immediately to the post office and mailed my return and sent a tracking number via email. I also paid extra postage to have a signature of receipt to prove they received it. All in all I sent out a total of 10 emails for a simple return. Still haven't gotten my refund yet.

I sent my return as instructed in original packaging, neatly folded and never worn. Of my $132 purchase they sent me $9.99 and won't return my emails to customer service. That's not right when their website says easy returns!

I ordered on their website at the start of May. Did not receive an order confirmation email. After a few weeks, I received an email stating that the item had been delivered. That email did have an order confirmation number - when I checked that confirmation number on their website it said the order was not yet shipped. Thankfully, I had used Paypal, so I disputed the order on their platform and was issued a refund. Today, I received an email from them, asking if I wanted to "reorder" the item with a 10% discount. This business definitely seems like a scam!

It was an awesome experience. Good customer service. Expected delivery.

I love the top but can't wear it as it is not true to size

Es wird keine Rücksendemöglichkeit angeboten. Artikel werden durch Angebote von Teilrückzahlungen trotzdem versucht zu verkaufen. Wenn Angebote angenommen werden, erfolgt die Rückzahlung erst durch in Hilfenahme von Dritten (z.B. Konfliktlösung bei PayPal). Selbst dann wird man noch dazu aufgefordert den Fall zu schließen, sonst gäbe es keine Rückzahlung. Kein seriöser Job. Niemals wieder!

Received my package on time. Dresses are great quality. Very simple but cute. Affordable prices and fabric is amazing.

My Order arrived in a timely manner. The pants are of very good quality and fit very nicely. I love the lining of the panty area. Since they are white, I expected to have to wear pantyhose under them. But, not necessary! Would highly recommend them to everyone!
