I ordered and it was very easy. My problem is I didn't receive my order.I got a email with the tracking info, tried to find it couldn't, finally found it. Then got a email that it was delivered to me and I haven't received anything. I am still trying to get a answer to were it is and who it was delivered to.
Very frustrated with return process. Won't be trusting your site again.

Horrible! Sent 3 emails to this company requesting refund on all but one item Never heard back from company! Spent over $250 plus $22 in shipping & never experienced such poor customer service! This company seems fraudulent! Wish I could turn them in to Better Business Bureau or take them to court but company is in China! Buyers beware! This company makes false claims that you can return items you are not hapoy with but they don't even respond to your emails!

I saw the loose shorts online and read all the information available before placing my order. They arrived in a fair amount of time, and I tried them on right away. I decided they were not what I was looking for. I read all the information on making a return, and followed the directions. I cannot send a picture of the shorts, as I have already sent them back.
