The picture & description said the pants I ordered were JEANS with white lace trim.

I was surprised that in order to return items that were made from a bad material and it was deceiving in pictures, I had to pay for shipping with tracking. I will never order more things from you. You had to take responsibility for giving false information.

Shoddy workmanship and flimsy, cheap fabrics at higher than normal prices. Also ridiculous add on fess for shipping and other miscellaneous costs! Impossible to speak to customer service personal by phone, no detailed invoice, and no address or instructions for returning items. I could go on, but don't have any more time to spend on this disappointing purchase than I already have.
Just PLEASE send instructions for returning the 3 items asap so I can get them out of my house and money back on my credit card.

It took almost two weeks to get a refund and then it was only a partial refund. Do not purchase from this company!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
