Ordering is easy, and I got a quick response when I requested a return. No free return but that's to be expected. I would prefer a return process with fewer steps.

It seemed like it took a very long time to receive my merchandise. I rarely order over the internet because the sizes vary so much.
I will probably order again from you but will be cautious as to the correct size I should order.

My shirt was delivered pretty quickly considering it came from China. It was in perfect condition. The company kept me informed re: delivery.

I keep seeing these cute dresses on my feed and falling for ordering. I usually don't like the fabric but I have not been able to get one that is the correct fit for me, either too long or too small. But they always offer $20. To not return it. Yes it is more convenient but if the dress and shipping was $49.00 with the dress costing $39.00. It seems that it could be returned for at least $10. And still come out ahead if $30 was offered. I do know that good will is loving these dresses and for sure I have learned my lesson. I have yet to receive my $20. Hopefully.

These jeans are a little tight so order a bigger size if you can unless they say stretchy go up a size.

Very unsatisfied. It took forever to get here, and when it finally came. Nothing fit. I ordered everything 3x and everything was more like a Large.
