The return process is laborious. Several back and forths and then have to send it off and give tracking info to return agent. Prefer attached/included return label like most companies use.
Shopping was easy...when order arrives will see what the quality is like, cause if it's crap it will be returned. Quality of buttons on shirt are very poor. I love the shirt so will replace the buttons myself.

Returning or exchanging items is very costly (think $40) and time-consuming (4-6 weeks). Instead, you are offered to keep the ill-fitting items and pay another $32 to obtain a different size. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER.
Had to return dress. Offered me $15 to keep dress, which made no sense to me. Why would I want to purchase a $40+ dress, then take $15 and keep a dress that didn't fit and be out $25? I returned at my expense for a refund.

None of these items work for me, and there is nothing to indicate how to return either in the package or online. There was no paperwork included in my order, so I have no invoice or order # to reference. I can't find a web address to make contact with this seller. There's no return information or address on the package label. No phone number on my cr card statement, which only says PAYPAL, which I don't use, followed by a jumble of letters. I called VISA, registered a complaint; they have issued a provisional credit to my cr card until they can somehow make contact with this company so I can return the items and received a credit. I will not buy from CurveDream again! At least now, I finally know the name of the seller!

I was hoping the clothes shown were what I would receive but am very disappointed. They are about 2 sizes smaller than normal. The quality of the fabric the clothes are made is very cheep. They are not as pictured.
I will definitely be back to purchase more. Nice selection.
Never received my order. They tried to say it was delivered, they would never give me a whole tracking number. Horrible customer service, no number to call and talk to someone.
