As beautiful as the style and fabric are, the construction of this garment leaves much to be desired. The facings are not attached to the main part of the jacket so they look sloppy. The jacket is skimpy in its fit. Not sure if I'll ever wear it, and it seems like a hassle to return it.
Tracking and shipping times were a bit sluggish. Not used to this type of tracking. Different than UPS and USPS.
This company does not want you to return their items for a full refund as they publicize on their website and FaceBook.
Took 3 emails to finally get them to agree to allow me to return item for a full refund. They were very hesitant to give me a return address. They want the customer to jump through multiple hoops in order to qualify for the refund - I'm sure this is so they can in the end refuse the refund. (Have to send back in original packaging, must provide a tracking number for the shipment, don't provide a return label to the customer or QRS code).

A company emailing to ask why you're returning item but failing to say exactly how to return it misses the whole point. I suppose if you tell people not to return to the address on the package and then not give an alternative address to return a product to, you can really cut down on costs.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
