Shirt was too small for the 3x but 4x not available. Quality of synthetic fabric was not good.
Company advised not to return due to high shipping costs back to overseas origin
Instead offered a minuscule refund to keep the item.

The green dress is way too big and I would like to return it. I received this pkg at the same time as another order and I assumed that both companies are Just Fashion Now. Please advise. Agnes Douglass. I like the two piece set and it fit so am keeping it.

The clothes were somewhat disappointing. I won't be shopping here again.

The ordered clothes look nothing like the advertisement photo and the material is awful.

My clothes arrived and I wasn't happy with the fit or how they looked on me, so decided I would return them. When I emailed customer service for the return address, they kept emailing me asking with questions. "What about the fit wasn't right, so they could understand", Which of the clothes in my order was I returning". They said because they are located in New Jersey, maybe I would take $25 US refund and keep the clothes. They kept making offers of money until I settled on an amount I felt comfortable with. Never got a return address and I'm still waiting for my partial refund! I won't buy anything from them again.

I placed an order on 9/15/2023 and have not received it as of today 10/20/2023. The shipping information shows it enroute and in a local post office since 9/27/2023. I have personally spoken to the post office and they have not received it. Your service departement has just repeatedly asked me to be patient and wait "another few days" for delivery. I have asked to cancel the order and receive a refund which they have not done. I will never recommend this company.

Site is easy to navigate, lovely clothing, quick delivery, and what I love most is that there are more breathable fabric options than other sites. I will shop again :)

This was described as a sweatshirt and it is only a t-shirt. I ordered a second one trying to return them and you won't allow it.

I also have a Bohemia Denim Jacket that I have been waiting for and you said it was delivered. It was NOT delivered to me. I have already paid for it and I expect a new jacket to be sent to me please.
