The pictures of the clothes do not always depict what you get and they do not tell you what material any of the clothes are made of. My sweatshirt looked like warm material yet is silky and non-warm, along with the coats...the coats are mainly fall or spring and not winter coats. Buyer beware.
Order only the cotton items. The sizes are off on some, especially the pants. They rate size 8-10 as a medium. That is INCORRECT. A medium fits a size 12. However, the small is still as tall and high-waisted as the medium. They need to go back to the drawing board.
The website is well designed for shopping. I've recently placed three orders, and am returning only those items that are polyester as I prefer cotton. If you follow their directions, returns are possible but it should be highlighted that you must have the plastic bag with label for returns. They also offer other options for the customer. By the way, customer service is very responsive.

Have never received order #CDM************** green dress and it's been far longer than the 7-10 days. I want to cancel this and get my credit. Some mistake was made and I got charged for 2 orders same dress and as far as I know they were giving me a credit for for that one. I have been told I didn't but in my correct address even though when I ordered these products it wouldn't continue unless I entered my full address so now if I want my purchase I have to pay an additional 10.00. This was not my fault but I have to pay for it. Bad business.
