I was very disappointed to order the cardigan as pictured only to receive a very cheap looking, large striped, horrid coloured one.

I measured myself based on the sizing guidelines and ordered my dress and jacket based on the measurements listed. The dress is too tight over my
Busy and the jacket won't meet. I'm so disappointed.

Had to change size on top, and they reply immediately so prompt.

Returns are difficult. Customer must pay return shipping.

Both blouses don't fit. The over all experience is good just can't use your products

I placed an order for a few dresses, and a couple shirts. I was really excited. Unfortunately at two weeks I had not received them. Checked the status of my order and they had still not shipped. They said they would ship within 3 days.

With no communication in that 2 weeks I was definitely concerned about this company. I contacted customer service to cancel my order. They said they cancelled it and I could expect a refund within 5 -15 days. It's now 26 days and still no refund received.

After contacting the company again I finally received my refund - 31 days from requesting the refund.

Beware of using this company.

Order arrived late. Disappointed in tops as all of them did not fit as advertised and poor quality. Definitely not order from this company again.

It states sweatshirts but its not sweat$#*! material. Wrinkles do not come out even with a warm iron. Proof of purchase you never get a packingslip let alone no notice tgats its out of stock.

Awful. It took forever to get the items and the quality and looks are nothing like described on line

Item received on time, once notified that the leggings were too big, customer service replied right away. Good service.

I did not know the product would ship from China so it took a very long time.
