Took forever. They Input the wrong address, the item looks nothing like the picture. Very, very small. Even if it fit I would never wear it. I'd like a full refund please.

Very strange returns process - given that this website seemed to be an Australian one, you'd assume that purchases could be returned to an Australian address. No - you have to ship to the US! Who would pay for that? Obviously, this comes up a lot, as I was offered part-refund when I said that the clothes didn't fit.
The whole experience sounds like a scam - quality isn't great and I ended up donating the ill-fitting clothes to an op shop.
I love the colors and pattern, however it does not fit. I ordered a 3x most 3x's fit me properly. This one did not.
After placing order I never received a confirmation. Then after waiting 4 weeks, received an email stating one item was out of stock...I could cancel it, or replace it...I opted to cancel it then they said they will now pull and ship my other items...really? It took this long to tell me?
The pants held promise but when I tried them on it was a quick no. I may try again with another item.
I suspect this is a foreign company pretending to have a U.S. presence. The clothing is overpriced for what you actually receive, the return process is meant to discourage returns, and the website photos are clearly from some other site or company's merchandise.

The quantity was there when unordered… waited and waited and then got an email, out of stock.
This product was disappointing, it was hard to get it delivered as the website tool the payment without the requirement of a postal address.
When the dress arrived it was different to the photo on line and very small in size.
I am now not able to return it as there are no return instructions in the packaging which is normal in my experience.

Ordered and paid. Two weeks or more later receive 3/6 items. Did not fit and I used the size chart. Was contacted via email and told the 3 items were out of stock, ok no big deal. Asked if I would accept $16 refund for over $100 of clothing instead of returning!
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
