The delivery tracking was not as easy as other sites. Reading that the washing instructions stated hand wash was VERY disappointing.

I love the sweater. Concerned about returning the sweaters that are too big
Placed an order and more than 3 weeks later, no update, no order received. I reached out to customer service who did respond right away that 2 of the 3 items were no longer available. They gave me the option of continuing to wait or cancelling, so I cancelled the entire order.

First time ordering online for clothing. I learned that next time I will need to order a size up from my regular size.i kept one dress and returned the other one. Customer service were helpful.
The jacket looked better on line than in person and I did not like the feel of the material. It cost me approx. $7 to have it shipped to me, and then $16 shipping to return it. I paid $22 for the privilege of trying it on. I find this so unacceptable in todays online experience.

Hard time getting website to accept a Visa despite it being acceptable payment option. Once ordered email confirmation received and they did keep me updated as to delivery.but it did take quite longer than expected. And dresses definitely not as flowing, pretty as they looked

Hard time getting website to accept a Visa despite it being acceptable payment option
I paid for 3-7 days (excluding holidays) wanting them for a trip and they arrived in 12 days. Save the shipping money and just get the later shipping. They won't refund me the difference in shipping. They ignored my request.

I wish colors were subdued as pictured. Spent $35 on alterations!
I hope the size is correct just worried but clothes looks great.
Order came promptly and they sent a follow up email to see if I had received the order.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
