I have sent 3 emails requesting to return the items but no response. The order says if you want to return you must pay for the shipping and not ship to the address on the label. So, where do I send it? No one replies to my emails so that i can get these returned.
Shipping is way too long and expedited is very expensive.
Poor fabric quality the size was incorrect and they didn't want the items returned, offered a gift card of value of what was purchased.

The dress is packed in a very small bag which caused extreme wrinkling. Have to get it steamed at dry cleaners!
The quality of product was disappointing because the color, first thing I noticed, was dull and not as clear of pattern as the ad listing portrayed. The second thing is the cut of the garment I received is more of a tent shape, which is not figure fitting as the ad made this item appear. Final disappointing thing is the fabric is not nice, leaning towards parachute like material.
I'm choosing to not return my item because the cost of return shipping is not worth spending and the item price was sold with a reduced price, so I'll just be thankful for that. I do now need to find a dress to wear for my daughter's wedding. I'll be shopping for that in person.

Even though the items I ordered did not fit, their response for a return was timely and polite.

I ordered two pairs in May and in late June was informed that they were delivered. I never got the package and was advised to ask my neighbors if they got it (?!) and call a post office in Kentucky (I live in Virginia). Eventually the pants were resent and arrived in mid July. I ordered X-Large which is what I typically buy. The pants are very small, more like medium (size 10/12) and don't fit at all. While they looked attractive in the photos on the webpage, in reality, the pants look more like pajama bottoms. All in all waste of time and money.

Was very easy to order
Material cheap looking for price paid.
I want to return one item and I don't know where to ship it too or how to get my refund.
The one dress jacket color didn't match the dress and the other dress the top was way too tight. Both were same size but sure different fit the same.

Tee shirts good quality and comfortable.
Shipping is slow compared what I am used to. (I know, I am spoiled).
Dress is WAY too small. I used the size chart and ordered accordingly. It was so small I could not get it closed by at least 5 inches to even try to zip it up. I would need to order at least two sizes up. Unfortunately they do not have a free return policy. I ordered another dress in a larger size. If it still doesn't work I can return both at the same time.
Shame on me for not reading the reviews beforehand. I'm happy I actually received the shipment. The shorts were crap. Too small (I ordered XL, when I usually wear a L), badly made, and then they shrunk in the wash. I put them in the box for Goodwill. They might make a good rag.

So beware, these are heavy cotton like material (not for summer for sure) and for TALL women. I'm 5'1 and they come to the floor! Also, I'd return if it didn't cost me more money to do so. They are not Amazon that's for sure!

Very slow shipping and item not at all what it looked like in the picture. Black looked gray. The item, in my eyes was ugly. I threw it away.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
