I ordered two blouses since they looked so pretty on their website. I waited quite a while to get them. Then, the post office returned them to the company because they said the address was incorrect. The company contacted me and said they could resend them for another $10. I sent them the $10.00 (that was stupid) and I then received the blouses. I paid $60.00 for these two items -- they were of such poor quality that $10.00 would have been too much. I never complain or write a review, but this company is not reputable.
I asked for return label, didn't get one. You didn't say home much the deduction of original shipping would be. You don't respond quickly.
The item that was sent was not the item on the website. Size was 2X but fit more like a medium. 2X is plus size and that is what I was expecting.

This site makes it very difficult to return items. They have a separate return location and they won't give you the address until you tell them why you're returning the item.

Pants do not fit through the seat and thighs. They are designed for long, lean legs. That's not me. I am attempting to return part of my purchase for that reason.
