Not satisfied with clothing quality or colors. Customer service us overseas

This company is terrible. I ordered a top and never received it and got the runaround when contacted them.will never order from them again.never got a refund either

I like the online selection and choices of clothing. The checkout process was easy. Shipping was quick. Unfortunately, the style of cut did not fit me, so I had to send the purchased items back. However, CurveDream was very good about the matter and handled the return efficiently and to my satisfaction.

Who would have guessed a dress could be folded small enough into an 8-1/2" x 11" package? I placed my order on 8/20/24 and received it around 9/10/24 in the mail.

I should have known with the cheap price that I would receive crap. Every top is made from the same pattern. Serged seams are terribly gathered and wrinkled and the fabric was extremely thin. Threw most of the order in the trash.

Not happy with dress ordered 8/26/24. Trying to return. Cannot get a response from Curvedream. Sent 7 emails requesting instructions with return shipping label. No response.

Still trying to get through this experience which has not been pleasant.

My poor rating is based on how my return request was handled. I made several attempts to get return address for refund only to receive a cash offer instead, a fraction of the costs of the three dresses to return. After the second attempt, followed by another $5 added to the offer, I gave up because I lost confidence in the integrity of the policy to actually return the funds to my credit card. If I had chosen that the funds be returned to my credit card, there seemed to be even more hoops and possible hurdles. Some money was better than none or having to track and fight the system.

The dresses arrived okay but they do not fit at all. I have tried sending several emails that keep getting rejected to the support email address that is listed for returns. I need to have someone contact me as soon as possible at *******@miamivalleyworldwide.com so I can return these dresses.

This was a great shopping experience, I found the type of swimsuit I was looking for it is just the right size and fit and I love how it looks on. I like a lot of women am not model shaped and usually am not crazy about putting on a swimsuit, but this is the first time I'm looking forward to my trip to Costa Rica and wearing my new swimsuit.

I received a credit for an item that did not fit. I chose three new items. One is too small even though it is a size I usually wear. One is not at all what I expected. I don't like the colors, style or fabric. The third is OK. I spent more than my credit. Items can't be returned.

I placed a return request and have not heard back for return instructions yet.

These are some of the cheapest clothes I have ever encountered. Very difficult to return

Delivered quickly. Items I ordered were just as they appeared in the website.
