I was charged for two and they said they would reimburse me 50.bucks and pick up the one I didn't order. So rude and unprofessional! It makes me dislike the dress. I'm plastic move soon so I could use my refund. They can pick up the second dress. I'm too busy and broke to deal with it. Worse experience I've ever had and I e been ordering o line for twenty plus years.

Great customer communication

One of the 3 items I ordered arrived and it was excellent quality. I reached out via email to inquire about the other 2 items. Quick response to let me know that the other items were out of stock and I was given the option to wait or request a refund. I opted to wait since I was so pleased with the item that had been delivered. I am very pleased with pricing, quality and great customer service.

Do not buy from this site!

Not a good experience so far. After over three weeks the first contact I received was from sitejabber asking if I had received my package or not. If not, I was given a link to a customer service email. I sent an email informing them that not a single item from my order had been delivered, yet, I had been charged so I requested a refunded. Interestingly I have not heard back regarding my order/refund, but I did receive a rating request. Hopefully I will get a email and a refund soon.

Ordered blouse and jacket. Credit card charged. Waited long time before being informed the blouse was unavailable. Chose another blouse…unavailable. 6 subsequent emails about order status all bounced back as undeliverable. Nothing ever delivered. Struggling to get money back. I feel scammed.

Feels like a scam

Ordered sweater. Site showed "preparing order" for over two weeks. Contacted customer service. No response until I threatened credit card dispute. Then told item out of stock and asked me to select another item or wait for restock. Over three weeks later still trying to process refund. Would be zero stars if that was an option.
