Bunch of crooks
First they are so nice
Even help with the money transfer
Then months after no profit. You ask even for your principal back...they disappear!

Do not give them a single dollar unless you want to lose your money.
I've lost over a hundred thousand dollars and I'm going after these scammers for what they've done to me.

This is a crooked scamming outfit!
I invested $5250 in this outfit after various fraudulent (it turns out) reports of profits on this, amounting to a total of $18,500 (US) --
After 4 months of back and forth I attempted to withdraw $1000 and got $200 and promises of more if only I invested another $5000 -- I did not invest any more. After continued threats from me and fraudulent promises, and engaging a recovery organization I eventually received an additional $2000 refund--so after 6 months of being badgered I have now totally abandoned this scamming fraudulent outfit despite their numerous calls and emails requesting more investment. Dont touch them!

Have "closed their operations" but will surely open up again under a different name. All of them should be in jail. They have stolen thousands or millions.

A really bad experience, I fell for their lies. They only want your money and would do whatever it takes to make their lies very believable.
I can only say DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY and if you have made that mistake already like I did, contact GLOBALRECOVERYFUNDS. O R G and start a charge back immediately.

My account with crystalead is a few months old now and I've had more than once person tell me funds take a while to be sent back to me.
I was skeptical after hearing this and immediately asked for some funds to be returned.

It took a total of 13 days but I received my money.

The gentleman helping me also mentioned the end of the year is the busiest time for them and some things are delayed.

I have had good service from them so far even though certain things take some time.

My advice is to email the company

Don't listen to them hang up the phone. Also there will be other scammers calling, trying to get money out of you at the same time. If you have lost money through them or another similar (platform) don't listen when they tell you that you need to put more money in to withdraw. There's no such thing. They are all liars. Ryan Baxter was the one that sweet talked me into it. There's also Jared, Amanda, Laurent, Daniel, and Benjamin. The CEO says he is Shane Evans. Another thing, lots of promises, none of them were followed up on.

Do you all think recovery experts are Pro-bono or expect them to use their assets to get funds for victims. I wasted a lot of time thinking some persons will come and babysit me while also helping me to get funds. That is not true, we are in a capitalistic ecosystem and we interact with funds not affection. It hurts me to realise this but they are facts. I later decided to give a try to one of this recovery companies I came across online and I never regretted it. The whole funds was refunded to me in 3 weeks. I think its selfish if I do not recommend such kind of dexterity involved.

I started investing with Crystalead 7 months ago. BIG MISTAKE. There were many red flags that I chose to ignore as I believed that the return would be good. I never saw their faces when on a zoom call, they found me I didnt find them, they weren't very reliable when we had calls arranged, they didnt have any legal paperwork to send out as everything was done over the phone and I'm sure there were more that I missed. Finally, when they wanted me to invest AUD6500 I decided to really investigate them and then asked them to allow me to withdraw my money so that I could have evidence that it was possible. Well, guess what? I have heard nothing since then despite numerous emails sent and messages to support. STAY AWAY- THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM-DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Once again I'd like to post a daily reminder that crystalead are heartless thieves and no one should ever give them any money. Everything they say is a lie!

This Company with out a doubt is 100% a scam. Do some quick digging around and you will find this to be true. Do not give your money you will not get it back. They are not located in Ireland at all and are east European based. Currently working with multiple Fraud agencies in Canada. Feel free to reach out if you want help with your fraud case and to share information between each other.

For the love of your mental health, kindly stay away from this company. They'll make very enticing offers and when you make deposits, withdrawal becomes impossible.

Handed over several hundred dollars.
They can't even give you a 1800 to call.
I asked for a reimbursement.
90 days ago. They said I'd have it in ten day.
80 days later.
I'm still waiting.
No number to call.
No one answers my emails.
And they recieved my funds.
In seconds.
But I haven't recieved my return for 3 months now.

A mean, nightmarish group of black hearted thieves. They need to be sued aggressively and often. My one recommendation is to record ALL phone calls between them and you. That's where they drop the lies. It's extortion. Steer clear of these evil $#*!s. I know their London address. I might go visit.

Crystalead is a SCAM, Do not trust them. They will be very nice to you at the beginning. They will tell you they are there to help you make money. After your initial investment they will keep asking for more telling you they will make you more money if you invest more. Then they will leave you as soon you want your investment back. They have no intentions to send you your investment back or your profits if any. All I got were excuses and lies. Please stay away from these guys. This company will clean you out! You cannot get your money out. As soon as you sign up you'll be given a bonus which they tell you does not have to be repaid. I was told it would increase my earnings which is how they get paid. Then come the Bonus Terms and Conditions which states you must have 50 times your initial investment within 6 months before you can withdraw the initial investment. Minimum investment is $250 so 50 x 250=$12,500 in order to withdraw your original $250. Very few people invest only $250. I got a call saying there were earnings that they wanted to deposit in my wallet but I had to prepare my wallet first. When I did that I was told that it would be in my account within the hour. It was not. I complained to my account manager and someone else called apologizing for how I was treated. He said the same thing that once I prepared my wallet the money would be in my account within the hour. Again it was not. The third time the call was from the head of finance and the same thing happened again. Now I demanded my account be closed and my entire personal contribution be refunded. It hasn't happened. My complaint went to client services and the company offered to settle for $2000 but my personal funds are more than $19,000. I said no. But get this: Their General Terms and Conditions say they can use pseudonyms. So you never know who you are talking to It maybe the same person several times using different names. What business does this? I have reported Crystalead to several places already and plan to report them everywhere possible in every country and to every crypto exchange possible in order to try and stop this.
