When I was making my first deposit with the assistance of online support, the system showed that the deposit was entered twice. The amounts were the same as it was an obvious duplication. I asked for a reversal of the duplicate order (which I had not deposited BC for yet). Online Chat support advised me that unless i deposited the duplicated order I would lose my initial deposited BC from the correct order. I immediately asked for them to reverse the transaction. It had not been more than 15 minutes and they said it could not be done, that it was impossible.
7 days later, I reluctantly deposited the BC for the duplicated order. (Another of my mistakes) I was lead to believe that I would then be able to withdrawal the BC.
After the second deposit the chat support than advised me that I would have to go through their 10 day cycle at least 3 times making additional deposits that equal 50% of my total BC (now 2 times larger) each cycle. Just like the previous reviews none of this was in writing prior to any deposits I made. This is a huge scam, a total rip-off or whatever you want to call it when CROOKS wants to steal your money. (BC)
For the record, I have no involvement in any business relating to Cryptocurrencies or any other investing.
I will be contacting every reviewing site possible to let everyone know that these people are here to steal your BC. I see a couple of reviews that say customers were paid. This is 100% Ponzi scheme and if anyone is paid its done at the expense of customers like me.
They do not disclose the requirements in such a way that is understandable and will not refund anyone anytime.
This was not an insignificant amount of BC and it was blatantly stolen through deceit.
Again: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WITHOUT APPROPRIATE DUE DILLIGENCE.

The response from Cryptoexchangefx indicates that they will refund my deposit when they receive proof of the deposit or when I deposit an additional. 1BTC. Into the account.
Per their request I have sent proof of transaction and now they insist on me changing my review to 4 stars PRIOR to issuing a refund.
I told them I would correct my rating when I received my refund.
If by some huge miracle they issue a refund I will be more than happy to correct this review

I am surprised to see negative review about this platform online when obviously i have been getting paid for the past 3 months i have been investing on this platform and again i still got paid today.

They are not legit as they mentioned in website and says operating since 2016. They created impressive websites and lure you to invest and never pay back. I invested with them initially and later they said I need to deposit additional 3 cycles investment 50% each of portfolio balance. I did that and when I was ready to withdraw my money they said I need to deposit 50% again of total balance towards fees and part of which will be accounted for 10% towards fees and taxes. I believed them and redeposited again and after that they said I need to redeposit again as due to unforeseen issues they credit more balance on my account... I told them if it's mistake from exchange they need to correct it and allow me to withdraw but they aren't... they are scammers and don't have basic ethics and stealing people hard earned money...
Please STAY Away... they are SCAMMERS

2/6/2021 - Please don't fall for them. They are BIG SCAMMERS. I lost around $******* with them. After I posted my reviews back in December 2020, I was told that they will refund within 60 days. Now, they are not refunding and asking me to make additional $15,000. They should be tracked, blocked and rot in JAIL.
I request everyone who are VICTIMS of them and if you see this, please post reviews on ALL social media sites and make aware other innocent people are not being cheated.

After my initial 10 day waiting period, I attempted to withdraw my funds, and was told I cannot withdraw until making 2 more deposits of at least 50% each. I told cryptoexchangefx that I only wanted my initial investment back and they could keep the "earned dividend payment" I was told that is not possible and they would keep it all. After some more conversation with them through chat I was called stupid, and told I would be sued by them if I chose to tell my story on social media! STAY AWAY from these scammers!
