Everything went great except shipping charges are incredibly expensive if you do not meet the free shipping minimum order.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The medal I ordered was mostly what I was expecting. The only comment I have is that the "engraving" piece is not really engraved, it's a separate sticker that you attach to the back but for the price and quickness of delivery it's understandable.

The product was of poor quality and much smaller than advertised. I was unable to use the product and had to purchase another trophy for our event that cost a little less (total of your product, taxes and shipping) that was of much better quality, locally. I was so disappointed that I had to had to spend extra money from our budget for our fundraiser for the trophy.

The Sahara item is way to small and is all plastic

It was easy...I found what I wanted and made it up.

Beware that the engraving is not actuall engraving, but sticky plates you need to put in each medal. They look nice but are not actually engraved in each medal.
Great price for the option anyway and very fast turnaround
