I am very pleased with my experience in ordering. The preview image is appreciated, and as I understand I will still approve a final proof. Perfect process for me. I was disappointed in the product I received. I order two crystal awards and they are what they said they would be, but the image/text on the award is barely legible. It appears that the image on the website was doctor'd in a way to make the text more legible.

Would order from Crown Awards again.
