The product selection was very simple! I did this on my phone and the website set-up for mobile devices was very user-friendly. The process for the Engraving Engine was very clear and easy-to-use, and having a 'repeat' button made for a quick experience.

It was a little disappointing that the medals I ordered were not engraved on the actual medal. That's what I was expecting because that's what I got from the local guy last year. However, the items looked nice otherwise. The weight of the medals is always important to the kids, and it seemed good.
