Quick and easy, the so called stone looks "painted on"

The ordering process was easy, but I wasn't happy with the products when I received them. The "Girl Scout" sticker fell off during shipping and I had to put it back on the product. Thankfully I checked them before I presented them.

I do not like paying for shipping.

I checked two weeks before needing my order to see if you offered a more reasonable shipping rate. Was told no because of your next day shipping policy. Was forced to order next years trophies now in order to avoid excessive next day shipping charges on anything under $100.

Quick delivery and the trophies that came were beyond expectation. I love that CrownAwards uses UPS because FedEx is the worst shipper in the country.

The driver never rang the door bell just sat my $150 crystal trophy on my porch for someone to walk off with. That was absolutely not cool considering that is a farewell gift for my pastor. On the other hand my experience online with your company was awesome.

For shoppers outside the U.S., you should note that items are priced in USD. I was unable to find any reference to this on your site. Google suggested your business when I was looking for a Canadian business. While I am still confident in my purchase, I need to consider the exchange. Thank you

The call center staff are superb! They talk the time to walk you through every step, provide suggestions, inquire about your budget to ensure the best shopping experience. Excellent. I will always use this company moving forward.

Everything looks awesome but I guess I clicked on the wrong box. I was wanting the marble finish. I will pay better attention next year! Thanks for the good work, we have never had anything this nice before. Hopefully the recipients will feel the same way.
