The shopping experience was great. We purchased the medals from here because of the $100+ free shipping only to find out that when actually placing the order the medals did not qualify. We were disappointed in this. Had we know that ahead of time we would have probably ordered from somewhere else but with the time frame of need we had to go ahead with the order.

I ordered TX state medals that allow for custom artwork. The final result was a medal with a sticker of my artwork. My only concern is that the sticker will peel off as time goes by and this hot Texas sun dries out the glue. We'll see. Otherwise, the product is great. Very heavy duty medal, drape has the cardboard stiffener, looks very substantial. So overall I'm satisfied with the product. And it got here fast. Thanks Crown.
