For the most part the trophies ordered are attractive and sturdy. However, on one of the trophies the name plate is discolored around the edges and is not very appealing.
This company is amazing - I did a reorder for awards with a couple changes and their website makes it so easy to do this. I ordered 35 personalized trophies. I was amazed when I placed my order and the next day I received an email saying the awards were done and being shipped!

This company has the worst customer service ever. I put in an order for 100 trophies. I called 10 days later looking for an update. They said the order was on hold yet they had not reached out to me to resolve the issue. They claimed that the billing address did not match the card which is not true since I use it all the time. I tried to verify the card number to see if they had a typo but they were unable to do that. Ten days and no communication. This is my first experience with this company and very likely my last.

Wow! I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and received it the next morning, even though it was on a Saturday! The engraving was perfect and the plaques were just as shown in the catalog. I am extremely pleased with my order, the ordering experience, and the processing time. I would definitely order from Crown again!
