Could not have been easier to order and received in two days (with standard shipping). I would definitely order again if or when the need arises. Quality of product was very good for my use, to attach to handmade furniture pieces that will be handed down.

I was nervous about the delivery since they were promised on the site the previous day of my event, however they came just in the nick of time, the same day as my event. My items were a great price, and colorful. I would use Crown Awards again.

I found what I was looking for immediately, thanks to Crown Awards' email receipt and reminder of last year's purchase. The instructions for ordering the engraving plate were clear and included a handy preview. I'm excited to update our traveling trophy with a new plate!
