The metal I received was engraved with a sticker on the back of it. That's not in gravy and if I would have known that's what I paid for I would have went through another company and paid extra money to have what I actually wanted. Unimpressed!

I thought I was supposed to get free shipping if my order was prepaid and over $100?

The selection of use of a company logo was confusing. I figured it out but making that simpler would be great.
